Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


Returns will be accepted within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, making sure that all original tags and labels are present.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Recovery Process

To return an item, please email Customer Service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and send the return via the shipping company.


After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date you receive the item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

All orders with signs of damage, wear or misuse by the customer

For defective or damaged items, please contact us to arrange a refund or replacement.
